How It Works
How the process works is simple.
The only information that we need from you is a recent copy of your electricity bill and a signed LOA (Letter of Authorization) which we forward to you. The LOA just authorizes us to acquire your historical electricity usage for the previous twelve months from your electricity service provider. This is information that we will then share with you.
We will then take the historical usage and forward it to the REP’s (Retail Electric Providers). We will instruct the REP’s to send back price quotes all on the same day and time so that we are able to compare the offers in an apples to apples comparison for you. We will use your current electricity bill that you faxed us to show you ALL the costs that you’re currently paying compared to all the offers that the REP’s offered. This comparison will show EVERY cost that would be included on your electricity bill so that there won’t be any surprises if you decide to change electricity providers.
We will discuss with you the different products available such as Fixed Rate contracts, Variable Rate, Blend and Extend products, MCPE, and Heat Rate. Based on your business needs and financial needs we will work with you in deciding upon which product is best for your business.
Based on all the information you will be able to choose the energy provider and product which you think is best suited for your company. You will sign a contract directly with the energy provider, not with SOE Consulting.
